Quando apareceu uma pessoa, chamei para solicitar atendimento, e ela simplesmente respondeu: “Eu não atendo mesas”. Sinceramente, o que custava chamar alguém que pudesse nos atender? Achei uma situação bastante desagradável e que poderia ter sido facilmente resolvida. reforçando ainda mais a impressão de que o atendimento precisa melhorar bastante."
